Clisham Boulders

Gnarly bouldering high on the main Clisham pass at 700mtrs and dropping down towards the Scaladale Centre. Some big blankness & overhanging stones providing some excellent roadside antics.

Directions & Approach
Drive up onto the Clisham from the Scali Centre & park up before the tight summit S-bends. The obvious boulders are spread on both sides.
Problems

10m east of the big heather hat boulder, below the road (40m from layby). The downhill face is steep with a perfectly situated undercut rail to start. SS on this near the left end, reach the nice crimper and use this to get the 2 handed sloper above the lip. Slap the jug above.

The roofed boulder on the North side of the road u from DMacs two steep lines. -ss- on finger crushing edges & do the roof into the arete full of viciously overbalanced climbing. follow this to a slabby end.
