East Meets West Bouldering League 2007/08

The East Meets West winter bouldering league will be held at Glasgow Climbing Centre and Edinburgh International Climbing Arena:Ratho on the following dates:

  • Saturday 10th November 2007: Glasgow Climbing Centre
  • Saturday 17th November 2007: EICA:Ratho
  • Saturday 8th December 2007: Glasgow Climbing Centre
  • Saturday 19th January 2008: Glasgow Climbing Centre
  • Saturday 26th January 2008: EICA:Ratho
  • Saturday 16th February 2008: EICA:Ratho

Timings
The competitions start at 12 midday and finish at 5pm. You can enter at any point during the comp, but probably best to give yourself at least 3 hours.

Categories
Men and Women categories (Easy and Hard), Under 14's Boys and Girls, plus prizes for highest placed under 18's in the adults' hard categories.

Cost
Entry is £10 per comp or £23 for all three comps in one venue.

Prizes
There'll be loads of great climbing clothing and gear raffle prizes, plus -
League Prizes: Best three competition results (with at least one result from each venue) will count towards overall position in the league. Cash prizes (there's a prize fund of £760.00 CASH) will be awarded to the top three placed entrants in each category.
