Here's a list of open sport climbing projects in Scotland awaiting a first ascent and inclusion in the hardest sport climbs list. Grades are ball park figures. If you're trying, have tried or completed any of these then please update the list. Likewise if you've equipped any new lines you feel are out of your league, please add them to the list to help drag Scottish sport climbing off its backside.

Bloodfire into Body Blow. F8a+ into a F8c, Font 8a crux.

• Plain Burley F8c/+ - The Tube @ Newtyle Quarry
  

Manufactured boulder problem on monos/pockets (font 7c+/8a) into existing F8b. Sadly often wet.

• Devastation LH F8c/+ - Dumbuck
  

Steadily gets harder. Optional mono at the top.

• Slavery LH F??? - Dumbuck
  

Short but big blank section after a hold came off.

• Project Crag Routes F8? - Glen Ogle
  

Five project crag routes that have been abandoned ages back that need cleaning/rebolting.
