Reiff
From SCWiki
Reiff is the catch all name used to refer to a collection of crags/Sea-cliffs located near the settlement of Reiff on the coast of the Coigach Peninsula, in the Northern Highlands of Scotland. In turn, each crag is then composed of multiple sectors. The sandstone crags offer mostly single pitch routes, across a wide variety of grades. Despite being sea cliffs the majority of the routes are not affected by the tides; although some are and it is worth checking the tide times, to maximise your route choices.

[edit] Directions
From Inverness take the A835 to Ullapool, Turning right but continuing on the A835, continue northwards, turing right after about 11 miles towards Achiltibuie. This road will take you below Stac Pollaidh.
[edit] Parking
There is parking for 5/6 cars just before a bridge (where the road terminates). Please park considerately here, as at the weekend there's a good chance all the spaces will be needed.
Please respect the local community by not parking in Passing or turning spaces, and by not blocking gateways.
[edit] Tides
Some Routes at Reiff are tidal, so it's worth checking the tide times to make the most out of your trip.
Tanera Mor on the Summer Isles is the closest place for which tide times are available, with the Loch Inver and Ullapool data being the next closest.
You can get free 7 day forcasts from Admiralty EasyTide or the BBC Weather pages
[edit] Guidebooks & Maps
Reiff features in the SMC Northern Highlands (North), and selected areas and climbs are Gary Latter's Scottish Rock Volume 2. Having both books between your party can be useful in triangulating diffrent cliffs, and climbs.
