GUY ROBERTSON 'TORQUING ADVENTURE'

Well known activist Guy Robertson started climbing in the winter season 17 years ago. He has made many challenging first ascents in both summer and winter, always climbing in an adventurous style, and in destinations as remote and diverse as the Moroccan and Jordanian deserts, the Alps, the Greater Ranges and in the Artic Circle in winter. This lecture will focus on some of his big mixed climbing adventures outside Scotland, including trips to Norway's magical Lofoten Islands, the Peruvian Andes and big walls in the Himalayas.
