North Berwick Beach Bouldering
From ScottishClimbs
This area would be good as a light warm up before heading up the road to North Berwick Law Quarry
Getting there
Follow directions for the glen golf club, go along the beach road until you find a car park on your left. This is opposite a house named Rock end, you should be able to see the boulder from the car park.
Rock End
This boulder only really has easy routes on it, I would say that there is no route on the rock that would be a V grade. There are alot of routes up this boulder however and will get some pictures up soon.
The routes
Finish with a View: 4b
Alexander Buglass 2008.
This climb goes directly over the west facing slab of the rock it starts at the far left down low then follows a bomerang shape up to a point on the far right.
Too Easy: 3/4
Alexander Buglass 2008 .
the right hand arete of the west slab start from a very obvious jug and then climb up towards the same finishing point as finish with a view. The point will now be on your left.
