Ordnance Survey (OS) are the national mapping agency of Great Britain and provide the following ranges of maps useful to climbers and walkers:
- Explorer 1:25,000 scale
Ordnance Survey's most detailed map, ideal for all sorts of outdoor activities.
- Landranger 1:50,000 scale
All-purpose maps, full of information to help you really get to know an area.
- Travel - Route 2006 1:625,000 scale
The Great Britain Route 2006 map covers the whole country on one map.
- Travel – Road 1:250,000 scale
Regional Road maps that also include tourist information and places of interest.
