Stac Pollaidh

Stac Pollaidh (aka Stack Polly) has firmly establised itself as a national treasure, and it's diminutive height of 612m has not dented it's popularity. The summit is crowned by heavily featured torridon sandstone, buttresses and pinnacles.

Stac Pollaidh lies on a minor road which turns off the A835 11 miles north of Ullapool. A visitor car park can be found at it's base, on the shore of Loch Lurgainn.
