Was at Dunira on Sun 4th April and the hangers on: 8. Dun Moan'in. 9. Tullybannocher tea room. 10. Strathearn Shangrila. have all been removed and the bolts hammered in. Why?

That's a shame - I was thinking of a return trip - made a nice wee venue for mixed ability pairs/groups.

Oh dear - interesting that it's the easier routes? I thought we had moved on from this...

The lower off for Dun Moan'in and Strathearn Shangrila is still there and the last hanger on Dun Moan'in is still there. So presumably you trad pro these routes and on Dun Moan'in clip the hanger on the roof then use the artificial lower off. A strange bolt removing head that thought that one through!!

Pathetic. Would the people who do this just go climb some of the trad they dearly love and leave the sports stuff alone. Dinosaurs!

Heard a wee rumour that all the bolts have been cut at Dunira. Anybody know if its true?
